Effective June 2, 2026
Template notice: This document is a starting point and must be reviewed and customized by qualified legal counsel before you rely on it. Depending on where you and your users are located, laws such as the GDPR or CCPA may impose additional requirements.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how FieldSupe (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the FieldSupe platform and websites (the “Service”). It applies to the businesses that subscribe to the Service and to individuals whose information is processed through it.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, business name, email, phone, and credentials when you register.
- Customer Data: the records you enter to run your business — your customers, jobs, schedules, invoices, inventory, and employees.
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser/device information, and how you interact with the Service.
- Communications: messages you send us and notifications sent through the Service.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To process subscriptions and payments and prevent fraud.
- To provide AI-assisted features you request.
- To send service-related and, with your consent where required, marketing communications.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Roles and Customer Data
For the records you enter about your own customers and employees, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor, handling it on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for providing any required notices to, and obtaining any required consents from, those individuals.
5. Multi-Tenant Isolation
The Service is multi-tenant. Each business’s data is logically isolated and is not shared with or made accessible to other businesses using the Service.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, payment processing, email/SMS delivery, and AI providers) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations; (b) authorities when required by law; and (c) parties to a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. After account closure we may retain certain records (for example, billing records) as required by law, and will delete or anonymize the remainder within a reasonable period.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond as required by applicable law. End customers of our business users should direct requests to the business that holds their data.
10. International Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. The “Effective” date above indicates when this version took effect.
